Cleveland Park is a gentrifying residential neighborhood with straight streets and old trees. It has beautiful homes, beautiful homes that need to be restored, large brick churches, and a large park (Cleveland Park).
Location/Description
Dickerson Rd bounds the west-side of the neighborhood (with gas stations, fast-food).
Douglas Ave. bounds the north-side with convenience stores, small business, a barber shop, and KIPP Academy.
Cleveland St. bounds the south side with Cantrell's BBQ, a Farmer's Co-op (including sock vendors), pretty homes, and churches.
Ellington Parkway and Cleveland Park bound the east-side.
The center of the neighborhood has corner-shops and barbershops. Vernon Winfrey has plans to develop part of Cleveland Park into Winberry Place.
